Anti-Block & Slip Masterbatch is designed by CVN to reduce surface adhesion and friction between plastic layers during processing and converting.

Key Benefits:

•  Anti-blocking: The dispersion of ultrafine siO₂ or talc creates “gaps” between the film layers, preventing blocking (two film layers sticking together).
• Reduced friction coefficient (Slip): Polysiloxane (PDMS) particles in the film membrane create a smooth surface layer, reducing static and dynamic friction coefficients between the film and the metal/machine surface, allowing the film to slide easily.
